Big Bore Kit on a 1997 Harley Ultra Classic EFI Evo Engine?

what works and any tips? bike has 63,000 miles and is completley stock, seen some 93.4 cu in kits, and read some just bore 30 , change cam, do some head work and have great power, any ideas?

  1. I did a few EVOs and I found it easier to buy the kit from HD. Stage 1, 2 etc. The only thing about EFI is Harley don't want you to change the compression those engines plus the kit has a milder cam. Buy the kit  and heads for a carb bike then install a power commander. The kit cost about $1200. Jugs, pistons, cams, rings, etc. I almost forgot, get the heavier clutch spring. Hope that helps.

    Its your choice and your money -I would go with a S&S top end and Andrews performance cam Then worry about getting fuel to it diffrent exhaust ect........
