It happened at live on BBLB at 12:00 noon today. To see it go to channel4.com/bigbrother

It happened on BBLB today but you didn't miss much because he proposed through the glass door to the garden and wasn't allowed to touchher or even put the ring on her finger.  BBLB will be repeated tomorrow morning at 7 am I believe.

I am not sure when it happened I am so dissapointed when I first read your question I thought you where going to ask when the **** is finished. Ah well we live in hope the show should be axed it is so boring and full of people who are up their own ***.

I'm guessing they'll show it on tomorrow's show tho... ;]
