Jerry (the ex Marine) shed a tear when he was complimented a few episodes back. Do you think this was inapropriate or violated the "code of Marines" which he claims to follow? I say no, but my brother (also a fan) states that a Marine should not show this type of emotion........THANKS

  1. I think for Jerry to show some emotion in the house was a good thing for him.  Besides, I think the code would be interpreted for battle  situations, not Reality TV.  Although Jerry hasn't lived up to a Model Military life (cursing people, insulting someones religion, calling women derogatory names).  If he had done that while on Active Duty, he would reprimanded.

  2. i don't think it matters because he is retired from the marines, plus it was in the moment

  3. I say it was fine for him to get emotional.  He is not an active duty Marine.  To say he should not show emotion his entire life is not a healthy way to live.  Now his being an obnoxious, judgemental hypocrite is not part of the Marine way of life.

  4. Staceyji said it all

couldn't have said it better myself
