Big Mac Equivalent?

I am wondering, what is the home made meal equivalent (according to calories not just how to make it) to a Big Mac meal at McDonald's.

The secret sauce is Thousand Isl. dressing with one additional ingredient.  They put real fine ground "onions" in their sauce.  Little kids don't even realize it.  It's those real small pieces of onion that makes for their Big Mac success.  

A drawback however, McDonald's still cooks their frys in "hydrogenated" oil.  That's a no no for you and your kids.  Wendys doesn't use that poison oil.  For the most part KFC doesn't use the stuff either?  BK and McD I'm afraid still do?
