Big Momma Guppy, Pregnancy Help?!!!?

Question

I have a guppy, her name is Big Momma because she's adult sized and she is giant. Her stomach is very big and round and her gravid spot is very dark and pretty big. I put her in a breeding trap, because my new tank is adapting and with the amount of fish in my 45 G, none of the babies with live. I need help to know what are the symptoms of a pregnant fish before labor?

i dont know, but make sure you seperate the mom and the babies when they are born momma guppies seem to always have a taste for their babies. :(

Their belly will look very "square" rather than rounded.  She will start to become slightly reclusive, staying out of open areas, maybe hovering in a corner.  If you have her in the trap, it will probably be hard to tell.  Maybe you will notice she's being very calm for being stuck in the trap.  There's no sure way to know exactly when it will happen.
