Big & Tall Men or Big Men and Tall Men?

Question

Today I was having my daily dose of boredom and it occured to me. The Store called Big & Tall.... Is it for men who are Big & Tall or Big Men and Tall Men.

For comedic relief i asked my bf and he said

"For men who are Big and Tall of course... Because Big and Short men would go to the Short and Tall Store... duh"

He's a science geek i swear.
