Big W code 2. What does this mean?

I was at Big w the other day and someone called out code 2 three to mensware 3 times in an urgent tone then i saw a few staff members running frantically in the direction of mensware. What does this code mean and are there other codes used. Like code 1 or a hidden code. I am just a very curious person.

I am sure code 2 - It's like a code blue - Coles has it.

Means someone has fainted or in need of urgent medical help.

My son works at Cole's and he's had a couple customers faint or collapse going through the checkout. (they are generally older people)

Some Supervisor are trained in medical and first Aid until help arrives.  That's why they would have all been running.
