Big brother, live nominations?

Question

i was watching the live nominations and when Rachel nominated, she was saying sorry to Katraya a lot of the time, and Kat staring at her. I'm not sure why she was saying sorry, but i saw a few scribbles on her board (Rachels) and thought, maybe she was being sly and voted Kat.

Apparantly it was just because Rachel voted Rex and she knows Kat likes Rex
