Big brother on E4?

normally big brother is available on E4 via the red button for when E4 arent showng it....

im on virgin media tv and i dont seem to get the red button...anyone else on virgin media got this problem.

no idea but the red button was just to direct you to the right tv channel. i'm guessing you have a channel list w the current show on? if so go through that till you find the right thing!
