i ve all ready applied at woolworths and coles companies just trying to think of others

A question to you? Why big companies, try your local businesses.

It's great to see that you would like to get into the work force!

First. What do you like?

Fishing

Small Machinery

Computers

Great at school?

Try a mentoring program, where you tutor primary students or even your peers to read, write or whatever their teacher's given them for homework.

Ring up some places where you would like to work, and explained, "You are 16 years old and are keen to make some money and would like some on the job training, at the same time."

Not only, you're building a firm foundation in a job you would like to do when you're older, you're getting paid to do it as well!

If that doesn't work, try getting a job on a farm or try your local landscape gardening place, nursery!

If that's also not an option for you, wear some decent clothes (normally what your parents think is decent) and door knock businesses, early in the morning and as they are opening. Introduce yourself and tell them your are keen to work!

If all the above is not working, try do some work with a local charity or church.

Best two pieces of advice:

To keep trying and you'll eventually get what you want!

Also do jobs, that you think you'll enjoy, not jobs that you think you're good at!
