Big huge vivid Dreams brain activity while sleeping ?

I have Huge dreams on a daily basis when I go to sleep. Most of them I can remember because they are the huge ones that seem like Epic movies.

I'm wondering if this has something to do with my brain because Such huge vivid dreams must have some kind of activity meter or meaning behind them.

I had one where there was thousands of people from outside of my community (I live inside a Gated Community ) and I was awoken by an alarm and a man who rushed into my room Yelling "They are coming!" then there was a huge massive crowd of thousands of people running towards the gate that separates us and them and they were trying to get climb over.

Then a huge fight proceeded where guns and lots of blood was involved.

And yesterday I had a dream the whole world was zombies and it was just me and my homeboys and we were shooting many of them.

What does all of this have to do with my brain.

Why do I have such huge vivid dreams ?
