I want a big @ss mountain board. I'm sick of all these commercial boards that don't fit me. I'm a big angry Yeti that rides fast and deep. I need something 180+

Any suggestions. Manufacturer, Name, Website.

Help a Yeti out man!

  1. You might have some problems finding a board over 180 cm but here is a link for the best one I have ridden (another Yeti here). It is the Burton Custom Wide (Bigfoot edition, is a 172):

I have tried the large Ride, Burton, Santa Cruz, and Rome boards. The Burton has a wide base and is long with a wide stance. Definitely a great board for a big rider. Check it out.

  2. Although Ride makes the Yukon in up to a 172, the longest board I found while searching was a Prior Men's Freeride board in a 176, but it doesn't look like it's wide.  They're custom made boards out of Canada....run about $600.  Check out the web site priorsnowboards.com

    good luck, Yeti man

  3. First use a snowboard size calculator - this will also give you some suggestions on what type of board would work for you:

I would suggest a Ride snowboards - they make a mean All-Mountain board - Ride Yukon, Ride Fleetwood and Ride Decade are all great big foot boards - I have a Fleetwood and Decade Wide and love them!
