Question:

Big or small house?

We currently live in a large house but with the current climate of increasing bills are considering would it be best to move to a smaller house, invest the extra money and have lower running costs or stay put. What do you think?

  1. With the current housing market decreasing property value slowly, it may not be a good time to sell.


  2. If you're in the UK (or even US) its a bad time to sell if you don't need to...prices of houses are very low. You'd lose more than you'd save on bills if you sold now, even if you could find a buyer.

  4. you are best staying where you are, especially the way the housing market is. You prob wont save money by moving, just try to think of other ways of cutting bills, e.g. look for cheaper electricity.gas supplier, phone company ect

  5. Sell it, buy two smaller houses in return.

    Rent one out, live in the other one yourself.
