Ok, so I have a myspace account and recently, I've had a girl writing to me telling me that she's been with my boyfriend. We've been arguing back and forth and recently she sent him a birthday card in the mail. I was wondering what it would take to press harassment charges against her. There haven't been any real threats or anything, just aggravation. Also, I only know her first name and the town that she lives in, nothing else. Is there anyway that I could get the birthday card fingerprinted to find out who it is? Thanks!

  1. Honey if you are sure about all this, then it's simple. He denies it and she is such a bad girl to steal someones bf. Hence, leave it all to go with the flow. If the want each other fine, he denies it so he doesn't want you for long. Lose the losers.

  2. The best way to deal with it is to ignore her and she will get bored as there wont be a reaction. I know it will be hard, also talk to your boyfriend and ask him about her. Unfortunately you cant get fingerprints or harrassement charges.Good luck

  3. How did she get his mailing address to send him a card?  Ignore her. If your boyfriend really cares for you, he won't have anything to do with her.  Ask your BF about her, has he been with her?  Don't let her harass you, just ignore her.  She'll stop.

  4. is she seeing your boyfriend, if so he would know. also dont give her the time of day. you cant file charges if there is no real threat. sounds to me like she likes the attention. keep all info you get though just in case

  5. No not unless she has made a treat toward you or your partner. But for her to have your address in order to send you a b-day card maybe your partner really did have contact with this lady, had 2.If i were you i would question my partner more about just how well he knows this woman.Because if she has your address chances are he has hers. And if thats the case & you keep recieving mail from her & messages on myspace than you can file charges.Save all of your messages on myspace from her & keep all mail that she sends you.Im sure that even if your boyfriend didn't want to give you her information the police could locate her through her myspace account.Even if she didn't give her real info on there they would be able to check through her ip address.

  6. You probably could, is she really ******* with ya man and if so why didn't he tell you about this girl
