Big problem help it is not Fair!?

My parents have trusted all my older sister s with dogs! except me! it is not fair because I need a dog because I am Lonely!and my sisters werent because they had each other and all I had was me! now I am older none my sisters live with me and my mom! two live my dad and me with my mom! if I wanted i could get 10 cats and two dogs for only 70 dollars!l cat are $5 and dogs are $10!what is wrong with my parents! where my mom lives they do not allow pets but we are moving and If we get any type of pet it would not matter cause are moving out soon! I am the most responsible child a parent could EVER have you give me something I want and I would clean 24 hrs. a day! but my mom is being stubburn! what should i do?

Sounds like your mom has an "issue" that she has to deal with.

Legally, nothing can be done - until you have YOUR place. She's still the one making the decisions.

Wow!  "the most responsible child a parent could EVER have . . .  . "  I could use a child like that.  Leave your mom and come live with me and my wife.  Our home is on an acre and there is plenty of room for you and your dog. LOL

You didn't mention if your mother had given a "reason" for not wanting you to have a dog.  Be patient with your mother and keep trying to sweet talk her.  Do some extra stuff around the house to soften her up, then approach her in your most mature demeanor to discuss the dog issue again.
