Big red painful/itchy spider bite...?

Question

Well my sister has a big a HUGE bugbite {we think that's what it is} on her legs. She has 2 of them. they are red, swollen, and they're itchy, but when she touched them they hurts and when its pressed on it stings. We really hope this isnt a bad infection /disease thing...sO I need your help on figuring this out pleaseeee!!

GO TO YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE SHE MIGHT HAVE MERCER AND THAT'S SERIOUS!! GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR ASAP! because that's how mercer appears like a spider bite and mercer is an infection that can sometimes be fatal so get your sister to a doctor now!!

Have her take a Benadryl. It will help with the swelling and itch. She can also take a cooler bath and soak in it, but without soap.

If she gets a fever, feels nauseated, gets a headache or feels faint or feels numbness, take her to Urgent Care.
