Big sceen tv magnavox

im a tv repairman . got a big tv 2002 model 60p8241 chassis ptv910 .ok when i turn the tv all is fine for about 10 min the remote and the control panel vol up vol down ch up ch down power and all then in 10 min the control panel stop working you can not change the vol or ch or power ....control panel stop working you have to unplug tv from the power wire in the wall then u for a few min you plug in again and it works fine cantrol panel works again im thinking its a cap somewhere but dont no where never came across this problem if some one out there KNOWS let me know
