Question:

Big school trip to chicago?

We have a school trip to Chicago on Wednesday. Our bus leaves at like 6:45 AM so I would have to get up a lot earlier than usual, especially since we have to be there at 6:15...so I have to get up around 5:30. I would like to get a good night's sleep, so I had an idea just to go to bed early (duh) but I realized I would be too excited to fall asleep and end up falling asleep past the time i usually fall asleep..I would be so tired!!!! How can I try to calm myself down from the trip to fall asleep easily?

  1. Take a Tylenol PM and go to bed.....it should help you get to sleep....but make sure that there is someone who can wake you up.

    if you don't sleep, the adreneline will keep you going....like most of the other students you will be with..


  2. What you could do is just let yourself stay up until you fall asleep from exhaustion if anything... Let yourself get all the details straightened out in your mind, you might fall asleep within a few hours. It's fine, cuz you can sleep on the bus, can't you? So just sleep on the bus. And don't miss me too much. =)
