Big stain on my carpet! solutions?

my carpet is grey and there is this big brown spot right in the middle. i tried washing it, but it cant come off. im about to have a party at my house this coming weekend and want to get rid of it before then. does anyone have any gauranteed solutions?

Rent a steam cleaner or hire a steam cleaning company.  There is no other way.

put a rug over it or something big that can go on top of it. Just hide it, don't stress about getting rid of it.

Guaranteed might be a bit off, but one I've used that's tried and true (at least for me), is Oxy-Clean. You can get a very small container at Walmart (or any other store, really) for about $3. Just follow the instructions, and it should work just fine if the stain isn't TOO old. I've used it on my carpet and my clothes, and it works great for tough stains.
