Big time tire trouble ????

I am a do it yourself type of guy and I had the entire sidewal blow out on my trailer and I aint sure how to get the part of the tire that seals to the rim off on the side of the tire that blew out . The rest of the tire is off just need to get the sealed part off . Please give me the tips on how to get that part off my rim.

A slap hammer, pick axe, or a duck bill hammer. you have to be careful to not hit your toes lol. just aim right between the bead. and hit inward towards the dropcenter. im assuming it is a a steel wheel dont worry about bending it. its sturdier than it looks. last resort would be a wedge chisel. or any blunt chisel. and a small sledge. good luck with the cable cutters. its hardend steel cable. im assuming it was a ten ply. let me know if you want t know more.

Cable cutters, my friend.  If  you are tired of messing with it, take the rim down to your local tire dealer or auto center at Walmart and ask them to do it.  Good luck with it any way you do it.
