  1. I know the projector will be less money but trust me on this one you don't want one, surly a big screen thery are much much more reliable than then and last longer in the haul.  The big screen is also very dependable then the projector but also if this is a plasma tv i don't sujject getting one of those either after five years theyare c**p, and there is no wasy to fix it you have to throw it away and if you do try to fix it you'll be looking at alot of $$$$$ (better to get a new one)

  2. hmmm alough i would prefer a projector for what would cost less in the long run would be a tv as with a projector you would need 2 change the bulb when it goes dun and these can be exspesnsive

  3. The TV, because with the projector you also need a place tio hang a screen and need to buy a screen. A TV can hook up to everything and is it's own screen.

  4. the projector is better and bigger.. also you can put it anywhere.. tv's r hard 2 move

  5. go with the samsung

  6. Sony just announced they will no longer make projector tv's because the demand for them dropped way down.  I wouldn't be surprised if the other manufacturers will follow suit.  Projection TVs are going the way of tube TVs......out the door.  I can't help but think that if projection tvs were superior they would still be in production.

  7. a projector uses 60% less of your energy bill!!

  8. a tv get a better picture, a projector is for like football games and sports...etc.,

  10. go with the samsung.. when u need a new light for the projector it costs so much u might as well buy a new projector.. and samsung sounds cooler : )

  11. A Sammy plasma !!! I love mine, I also purchased a 5 year repair/replacement plan too. I got mine online at LCDTV.com for about 1/2 the price my brother paid for the EXACT same TV; mine was delivered free and set up too at no extra cost.

  12. projection screen are costly to repair go with a flat screen make shure its digital [most are]

  13. A projector is better if you asked me,  mainly better quality, but a big tv could reduce the quality of picture.

  14. Projectors are better as they are cheaper and you can attach it to your computer (using a USB) , and display it on your wall! They are also much cheaper than a TV and are more portable. Epson is the best projector company.

  15. big-screen tv!

    muahSs;)

  16. TV definitely, a projector for the size you are looking at is not worth the remodelling that that would involve, also a TV would be more useful as you can modify its reception far more easily.  Trust me I know, I through defualt have become the projector becomes TV expert at work and the amount of work involved in tuning a DVD or HD device to play through a projector is so tiresome and so not worth it unless you are projecting at least 6' (6 to 10 and half feet seem worth the while).  If you are happy to have wires dangling all over your sitting/living/television room then go with it but the amount of trunking that this involves is ugly if you do it cheap and dangerous too.  Go with a 36" or 42" television.
