What are some excercises I can do to make my butt bigger and my stomach flat?

  1. squats work.  Leg lifts from the back and the sides definitely help lift that tush.  But also do the weight machines because they work different muscles fibers so that you get results 2xs faster.  Work out every other day and switch your routine.  Ex: on Monday do weights after cardio and on wednesday do squats and leg lifts after cardio.  

    You can do crunches, sit-ups, the plank and kicking crunches, just make sure you alternate the ab excercises so that you work different muscles each time.  Unlike your tush, its okay to do abs every day because you have so many layers of muscles there that you won't be straining your muscles too much.  Remember to eat right and stay away from white bread because it bloats you!  Eat lots of fiber and your stomach will slim down even faster!   3. yeah, that's what my buddies say. i saw this exercise, it goes like this:

    Stand on a chair straight up.

    Bend your knees in preparation to got off of it.

    Put on leg onto the floor, push yourslef back onto the chair

    Repeat sets on each side/leg
