Ok, I've searched around and I've figured out that the size of my wrists is pretty much genetics and there's nothing I can do to make them bigger, which sucks. But to make up for it, I want to work out my forearms and biceps to make those bigger, and hopefully make my wrists bigger. Which works better, the wrist curls or those little things you squeeze with your hands to make the forearms bigger?
And what are some good exercises to really get my biceps bigger?
