Definitely The big apple!  When you consider all the boroughs and Long Island, Jersey and the suburbs south and north into southern Connecticut!  I believe London is larger than New York though! .

New York City.  I mean, that entire area (including megacities in the northeast like Boston, Baltimore, etc) is where the bulk of the United States is.  For every 5 people, at least 1 lives in that network of megacities.

If you're looking for the fastest growing city, that'd be Las Vegas, Nevada.
