I don't see why the Patriots are #1 on that list. They shouldn't have beaten Baltimore in the regular season (gift phantom pass interference call)...and barely beat the Giants in the final regular season game.

I would say the Oilers have to go on that list. Holding a 35-3 lead on the Buffalo Bills in the playoff game and losing it is big.

Also Jean Van De Velde...blew a 3 stroke lead on the final hole in the British Open...
