  1. The longest single line in the world in the past was the trans-siberian railway. I doubt if it has changed. All of the United States RR's combined might be a bigger total system but it would be composed of many companies that have the ability to interchange. Kind of a broad question, not easy to answer precisely.

  2. Robert, we hae trains in all 50 states. But maybe trains to go to Alaska from here, but not Hiawia of course. lol

Union Pacific is the largest railroad in US. With 32,400 miles!

  3. The biggest is probably in America, but the best is probably in Europe

  4. I would imagine Russia would have the biggest rail system in the world. 1st Russia is the biggest country in the world,2nd Russians use rail for travel more than any other country in Europe (China holds the leader for usage) , 3rd it's cheap in Russia for a train ticket, but not the most comfortable way of travel. While in Moscow I noticed they had 12 or more train depots to where you could leave Moscow and go by train to just about everywhere in Europe and parts of Asia (Russian part of Asia I.E. Vladivostok)

  5. In Asia, it is in India

In the West it is America

    And World probably Europe

  6. 1 World  1,115,205 km in  2003

    3 United States  226,605 km in 2004

    4 Russia  87,157 km in 2005

    5 China  74,408  km in 2004

    6 India  63,230  km in 2005

    7 Canada  48,467 km in 2005

    8 Australia  47,738 km in 2005

    9 Germany  47,201 km in 2005

    10 Argentina  31,902 km in 2005
