Of course, you have to be physically attractive.  That's just in human nature.  After you get over the looks, if you make me laugh, it's pretty much over.  A great sense of humor and playfulness is key.  Intelligence added in equals irresistible.  Talking dirty when the time is right is a bonus as well.

And you don't have to be smokin' hot.  You just have to look like you take care of yourself.
