you mean the shoes and all, or just the cleat that bolts to the shoe?  people mean different things when they say cleats.  i bought a set of look arch cleats for 5.99 on sale last fall.  at the same time, i bought shoes on sale for 75.00.  it just depends.  there are a lot of different options there.
