  1. get a 600CC i got a 07 250 ninja for my first bike and i got bore of it in two month i ended up buying a new 2007 ZX-6r. i love it has all the power i need for know got 1500. don't waste your money on a 250. i lost 3000 on it. oh by the way i am 5' 10  183LB

  2. It depends if your planning on getting a cruiser or a crotch rocket. I am assume you want a speed bike. If your getting a speed bike get the 500 cc cause theyre light and dont need that extra engine power to gain speed. if your getting the cruiser then i suggest either a 1000 or 15000 cc. i have a 2000 cc and it great for cruising

  3. I ride a 250 Kymco Venox and I do not know what that other guy is taking about I have ridden mine 900 miles in four days with out a problem. You might want to look at one or try Hyosung GV250 or GV650 these are all excellent motorccyles with out paying for the j*p name. They have them in sport bike styles also.  They make the 250 that will run with a ninja 250 and own it in the corners. Many guys over 6' tall ride these so you will not have a problem.

  4. aww man dont even trip  you can prety much handle any bilke out there  hahah dude im 5'5 and weigh 130 and i ride  a yamaha r6  so its pretty much what you wanna spend on one but yea gsx R a pretty good to start out

  5. as you ask about a 250cc, im guessing you are asking about an offroad/dirtbike. if your doing trails, 250 ish would be a good idea, as its manageable but still has a tad bit of pep. Either way if you decide to trade up, bikes loose very little of  their value.

  6. It's not about strength, it's about balance.  I am not strong at all, but I can ride just fine.

A 250 is easier to handle, good for a first bike.  But if you plan to do longer trips at higher speeds a 500 would be better.  A 250 can do maybe 5 or 10 miles on the freeway, but longer than that it's just beating its little heart out and it's not really safe for extended trips at that speed.  A 500 can go 70 all day.  That's the only real difference.
