hi , in madgaon you can goto Colva beach , there is a market near the beach , you can ask anyone for bikes there and i know  there you can get any kind of bikes for rent. There rents range from 100 rupees in off season to 2000 bucks for 3 days on New Year EvE.

I am a regular tourist there.
