Bike Trip items?

I am intending on going on a bicycle trip around the coast of the east anglian coast(UK)

Could you recommend some items to bring?!

Well sir, I've never been to the East Anglian Coast of the UK, but I can tell you what was a great addition to my own little bike odyssy a few weeks ago: A portable water filter. It cut down the overall weight I was carrying dramatically, because the ride wasnt loaded down with large containers of water, and I could camp out practically anywhere. The thought of running out of good drinking water didnt cross my mind.

The MSR Miniworks Ceramic Filter comes at a very fair price and filters almost everything besides those little virus b******s, but then, they shouldnt be a problem in most natural waterways. If MSR products arent available in the UK (sorry, I'm a Yank), just look for the Ceramic technology: That's the key to light weight and maximum bacteria/impurity filtration.

Hi , I do long distance touring . This may help you . http://www.kenkifer.com/bikepages/tourin... . Be sure that yours bicicle is in tip top condition and you have plenty of water to drink . Also some years England may by cold and wet in summer months . Good luck .
