Bike chain jams on hard gear?

Question

When i ride my bike on the hard gears the pedals go round then they suddenly jam so i have to keep kicking it or change to the easy gears; when i use the easy gears it doesn't jam but it's annoying using just easy gears.

anyone know what's wrong with the chain? i oiled it and evrything :|

u have to ajust the 2 back srews on ur back derailer
