I have a wireless computer on my bike. Today it stopped working. It's a few years old so I think it's the battery. My question is: Is there a battery in both pieces or just the computer part?

  1. I'm pretty sure they're just in the computer part

  2. Wireless cycling computers have batteries in both the computer and the sensor. Change the batteries in the computer first. That may get you going. You don't have to change all the batteries, just the dead ones.

  3. For a wireless, there is a battery in the computer and one in the transmitter you put on the fork.  2 batteries...

  4. Theres a magnet, a receiver, and then the comp.  I've only seen ones where theres only a battery in the comp.
