Bike racing in new york?

i'm looking to race in a bike marathon in mid-late august in new york. any ideas?? thanks!!!!!!!!!

Well... I don't know exactly what you mean by a Bike Marathon.  USACyling.com lists all sanctioned races for licensed riders.  Magazines like Bicycling usually lists bike riding events where you can ride a 100 miles.  You may have good luck searching "bicycle clubs in NY" and then search each club's site to see if they have any organized invitational events coming up this summer.  Also ask at the local bike shops.  I like your spirit!
