Bike rack for inside?

Is there such a rack for a bike you can put your bike on, then you can get on your bike and start pedaling,

like turning your regular bike into a stationary bike?

Is there such thing?

where would i find one? How much do they cost?

Sure- indoor trainers.

They start around a hundred bucks and go up from there.

Go here and search for "resistance trainer" or "rollers." Your local bike shop is sure to carry them. Rollers are MUCH harder to train with, but they are much better for developing balance and a fluid cadence. Talk to your local bike shop about what would best suit your needs.
