Bike riding?

How long do you have to ride each day to just mildy tone your legs? Just to keep them toned until my dance starts again.

Well I'm no dance expert but I'm a hardcore biker and i ride my bike at least east 80 miles a week but how ever you want to split it up is your choice i usually have one day as a break. but as long as you do that you'll be all set I'm in the best shape of my life and another way you could do it is if you have your license instead of driving to places ride your bike everywhere you go. trust me


  2. 50 miles a week will do the trick, just ride 10-15 miles every other day. also try to do hills as opposed to flat terrain since that works your legs and rear much more
