Ok, so heres the thing. I try and switch up my workouts every now and then and one of the things that I do like 2 to 3 times a week is bikeride. I live in a development that has around 1 mile of pretty much uphill. While Im on it most of the time I am off the seat(standing up while riding) and I was wondering if doing this could make your butt bigger. I DONT WANT this. I swear the top part of my butt(right below my lower back )is getting bigger and less toned. It is really gross. Could this be doing it? I also run/speed walk, swim, or use the elliptical on the other days. Please help if I am doing something wrong.
