Bike steering wheel "unsynched"?

Well first off I have real S****y bike i got quite a while back for around 100$. I don't ride it frequently but now I'm gonna use it more often. First off the air hose to pump air in the tire is offset and the spoke is in the way. Is there a way to adjust that? And now for my more important question. If I make a turn the wheel dosen't turn and it stays straight but the steering handle on the bike is off set and I gotta move it back to place.

To simplify things this is what I mean.

The steering handle is pointing to the left If i make a quick left turn while cruising but the wheel is straight and i don't get anything done execpt ending in an awkward position and to turn I shift my weight on one side while turning it very slightly making huge wide turns. Is there a way to fix this? Is something loose? I Appreciated if anyone could help.

Thanks!!

  1. Steering problem: Tighten the stem bolt where it goes into the fork.

Tire valve problem: Either the valve isn't sitting straight out from the valve hole in your rim or the spokes are laced wrong so that one crosses over the hole. First scenario is easy to fix. The second is not.

  2. Could you please post a picture of this?  Sounds cool.  I've only seen one bicycle with a steering wheel, and it was a 4 wheeled contraption.

Sounds like you need to tighten your stem, which is slipping.
