Bikes market?

hello, I live in manchester and I want to buy a bike to move around the city. I've been looking around and all prices seem way too much. I've heard that there's a bike market (or something like that) somewhere in the city where you can find good and cheap 2nd hand bikes. Does anybody know if this really exists and it's precise location???

I don't know of any markets that deal exclusively in bikes but you could try putting and advert in Gumtree for a bike. You might be lucky and find someone who is trying to shift a bike.
