That is a matter of personal preference.

If this is something you are going to do, make sure you do a trail run WELL before the wedding, everyones skin will react different and you don't want to be dealing with a rash on your wedding day!

I wouldn't say that you "need" to get one, but pampering yourself before the wedding (whether it's a bikini wax, massage, or mani-pedi) is a great idea because it will make you feel relaxed and beautiful.

If you've never had a bikini wax before, right before your wedding is a bad time to have your first one. If you react badly to the wax, or if your skin is sensitive, you'll just be stressed out (which is the last thing you need!). If you go regularly and don't have problems, I don't see why it would be a bad idea.

I get them done all the time so I think you should.  Do it a few days before.
