Bilal Shafayat to play for Northamptonshire in the Friends Life T20 competition

The right handed batsman has played county cricket for a number of years representing http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 back in 2007.
However, the talented cricketer is back in the county cricket circuit once again and wants to prove his mettle.
Bilal came through the ranks of junior cricket in England and represented his adopted country at the under-17s and under-19s level. He was considered as a future star for England cricket but the right handed batsman failed to live up to his potential in
first-class cricket.
While talking about the inclusion of Shafayat in the Northamptonshire line-up, their coach http://www.senore.com/Cricket/David-John-Capel-c52927 said, “He has a lot of desire and passion to get back into first-class cricket. Bilal has been playing very well recently, scoring prolifically in the

The 26-years old cricketer has a vast experience of first-class cricket as he has so far played 123 matches in England and Pakistan, where he has scored a little less than six thousand runs. His average is only 29.83 runs per innings but the right hander
still has time to improve on it.
Shafayat expressed that he has not played domestic cricket in England since last four years but the right hander has been playing competitive cricket in Pakistan. He is excited about the opportunity and wants to showcase his talent in the T20 version of
the sport.

back here at Northants," Bilal added.
Bilal represented the champions of Quaid e Azam Trophy 2010-11 Division one, Habib Bank of Pakistan in the previous season but could not make a huge impact. It remains to be seen that he can make an impressive comeback in the county cricket or not.
