Slaven Bilic replaced the former Tottenham Hotspur man with Dame N’Doye during the second-half of the Russian Premier League tie against Dynamo Moscow at home
Lokomotiv Moscow head coach, Slaven Bilic, has expressed his dissatisfaction over his side’s 3-2 defeat against Dynamo Moscow in the latest round of Russian Premier League action at Stadion Lokomotiv (Moscow) on Saturday.
The Moscow-based club failed to net the winner despite coming from behind, to score an equalizer, twice in the game. Maicon and N’Doye scored for the hosts while http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Christian-Noboa-c9105 scored for
the travelling side.
The Croatian tactician went on to explain the reasons behind replacing the Loko striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roman-Pavlyuchenko-c31639, with their latest acquisition,
Dame N’Doye during the second-half of the match. He revealed that he wanted to bring in fresh legs as the Russian striker looked tired.
“I replaced Pavlyuchenko in the second half because I wanted to put fresh legs on the pitch. I decided not to substitute http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Felipe-Caicedo-c13525, because he was having a good game.”
“In the first 25 minutes of the second half we dominated the game almost completely, but failed to implement chances. And in football you don’t get many chances. Naturally, you need to play the full 90 minutes with character throughout
the game.”
“We still need to work on certain things and avoid mistakes in near future.” The Yugoslav Cup winner was quoted as saying.
Lokomotiv signed N’Doye from F.C Copenhagen for a reported five million Euros fee. The Senegalese footballer signed a two-year contract with the Russian outfit. N’Doye follows the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Aleksandr-Samedov-c4609 and
Dario Kresic this summer.
Bilic insisted that N’Doye had a decent game, scoring a wonderful goal against the Dinamiki at home.
The 43-year-old had to make another change in the came after Corluka limped off the pitch during the second-half of the match. Bilic revealed that the Croatian International has sustained a latest injury.
However, the former West Ham United manager remained tight lipped over putting a time frame to the star defender’s possible return to full fitness, insisting that they are hoping for good.
