I think its ridicules that he is being charged. He did not display the images of the child in a sexual way and the child and her mother both agreed and were paid for the child to pose in his work. I think this should be seen as artwork not p**n!

Too bad people cant see the beauty in nudity anymore - Its just seen as an offense now. I guess thats what the world has come to :S.

So what does the rest of the world think???

the human body is a wonderful thing. people seem to forget that once upon a time we were all walking around naked. i think the photograph was intended to be artwork, and should be veiwed as nothing else but that.
