Bill Me Later, Credit Check?

I wanted to buy something from Amazon and wanted to use the Bill me Later option because I would get a discount. My question is if I use the bill me later option they'll check my credit right?(for approval). If I use this option a couple times wont my credit go down because of all the inquiries?

yes they will check your credit but no it will not lower your score!!!

They will check your credit, but you shouldn't be too concerned about your credit score being lowered.  Unless you are applying consistently for credit cards, and being denied, applying won't hurt your credit.  Try not to apply for store credit cards too often though, because even if you are approved, if you have too many, they are looked down on.
