Bill Starr 5X5 along with 2 days of Plyometrics= Overtraining?

Im about to start intermediate Bill Starr 5X5 Stronglifts Program next week. I am 15, 5'8.5, 148 pounds. i squat 250 and bench about 155. I been lifting for well over a year and playing basketball constantly. With my experience and personal stats, do you think adding a Vertical Jump Bible Intermediate Plyometrics Routine for jumping would be overtraining (only 2 workouts a week, problem is 5X5 is three days of lifting a week)?

  1. How do you feel after your workouts?  Tired and refreshed, or tired, weak, and in severe pain and you still feel sore at next workout.

    The latter is the sign of overtraining.
