Does this guy really know his slots & payout %'s or is he blowing smoke?

Just think about it.  If he really knows how to determine which machines will hit, would he share it with anyone?  I wouldn't.

Slot payback percentages are no big secret for the most part.  Depending on the gaming jurisdiction and slot denomination, most of the info can be found for free online.  

Bottom line is that slot machine jackpots can not be predicted.
