Bill pay returns message asking for zip code value. Used actual zip code and tried 00000 but still get error.

We've searched help on yahoo.com and followed suggestions, but can't seem to input our credit information to pay the annual bill. How can we get this processed?

check your mail that comes to your house and there is usually a 4 digit # after the zip code i think that is what they want.
