What is the technical term AND the slang term for a shot in which the use of english causes the cue ball to make three or more cushion contacts, though utilizing only two different cushions?

It's called the smash-through or double the rail shot.

"around the table" but I don't know the slang. I cheated, I used the back of "99 critical shots" to find the term.

I take it you don't mean back and forth across the table, but a double-the-rail or snake shot.
