Billing problem with Launchcast Plus?

I have received three emails from Yahoo! Launchcast Plus telling me that my payment is past due. However, when I go to my account, click on "Manage Premium Accounts", update my credit card, and click continue, I keep getting a page that says "The system is currently unavailable. Please try again later." This has been happening for over 2 weeks now. I'd like to pay so that I don't lose my Launchcast Plus, any recommendations?

  1. The only suggestion I can make is to go to the launchcast home page and click on "feedback" at the top right corner of the page and tell them that you would like to pay your bill but can't because you keep getting a message that says "Manage Premium Accounts" is currently unavailable.
