  1. Billy Conn

  2. The Roy Jones Jr. of the late 80's thru mid 90's was one of a kind, nobody had a combination of speed and quickness like Roy.  Conn was a stand up guy, a good boxer, maybe even great, but he would have had no chance against a peak Roy Jones, in truth I don't think anyone before or since could have match Jones at his peak.

Roy Jones Jr. would have beat the Billy Conn who almost beat Louis, and odds are good Roy would have beat Louis too.  We can only imagine what type of boxer Roy could have been, if he only would have learned how to box.  He did everything he did on pure physical tools, and his reflexes were so superior to other fighters, Roy never really had to apply the fundamentals, so when age crept up, Tarver got lucky.  Had Jone's only learned to box like a normal human being, he would have been unstoppable.
